The Daily Grind

SuperDead.

Ideal is always stoked on Andy Scott and we are double stoked to see him on new UK brand SuperDead. We will be getting SuperDead boards in store tomorrow and included in the package is the recently 'cease and desisted' Neptune graphic, future rarity.

Shirtlifters!

Got the new series in from the A3F factory this afternoon. It's going to split opinions all over but you can't doubt the mischief behind it. Make friends with the Shirtlifter series at the store this weekend....

Blazer Is Back.

We just got a drop of the classic Nike SB Blazer in Black / Light Graphite in store. Been so many people asking after this colourway that I don't think we will have them for long.

Check availability here.

Chukka Low Influx

We got two new colourways of the ever great Vans Chukka Low in store today. The Black/Grey Herringbone is popping with nice teal detailing and the White Canvas are a great summer option. They will keep us going nicely until the Kris Vile colour-ups arrive.

In It To Win It!

The heads at Palace Skateboards have sent one of ten pre release Lucien Clarke pro models to Ideal as a prize to give away, maybe to you.

To get your hands on this Palace rarity simply answer the following very simple question and email it to store@idealbirmingham.co.uk before 5pm on Saturday 5th of June 2010 for a chance to own this autographed gem.

Question is, Name one presenter of the PWBC show on www.dontwatchthat.tv

Easy as!

Best of luck!

*We will contact the lucky winner on Saturday 5th of June 2010 at 5.30pm via email.

DeerManDem.

We got a restock of Palace boards today plus two new graphics, Deermandem and the Lion. They are both big, clocking in at 8.10" and 8.25" wide respectively. Bigger man stuff.

Included in the package was one of 10 Lucien Clarke prototype pro models which has been autographed by Lucien. We are going to offer it as a competition prize next week once we have thought of a question so keep your eyes on the prize.

Alien V's Predator.

The product keeps on coming and the choice at Ideal just gets bigger. Today was the turn of Girl and Chocolate with a healthy drop of timber. The Car Grill series from Chocolate look amazing, the one offs from Girl are straight humourous and the Alien V's Predator from Skate Mental is just outrageous. We also got some Chocolate Chunk shades in red and white and there are some Skate Mental Uzi Does It T's on their way to us right now. Keep 'em peeled.

Product Binge.

Not sure if you have spotted it but we have got so much new stock in over the last week. Yesterday it was the turn of Enjoi / Almost / Cliché and today we have new Nike SB Janoski in black and white, the brand new Blazer CS and a re-up on vital KR3W items plus a load of Sale T Shirts from Thrasher / Slap / Anti Hero / Independent that are all priced at £14. Check the T Shirt Blowout link

Very very busy.

Limitedition.

Long time friend and Ideal associate Rich 'Benny' Hughes has started a little side project called Limitedition as an outlet for his graphical exploits. We have stock of his Logo Ts and Benny has just left a few of the new Bike Demon Ts at the store. The Ts that he uses are high quality and the finishing touches are thorough too and each one is numbered because, as the name implies, these are produced in very short runs.

If you like the look of them then get in touch as they are gone when they are gone.

Radness.

Looks like summer is almost upon us and we are getting to enjoy the long days and the warmth of the sun on our backs at last... But don't forget what we got at the store. The ramp is still here, ready and waiting on the shralp..

As a reminder our man in the mags, Chris Johnson sent through this flick he took of Mr Dave Pegg banging out a frontal flissle earlier in the year.

What a corker.

Plus, take a look around the store as goods are arriving daily, including a new colourway in the Nike SB Bruin.

Grey Magazine.

We had a box full of the first edition of Grey Magazine arrive in store today. Stoked to get our paws on this publication at last and happy to see that the production values are high. It features quality photography and a interviews from Joe Pressey and Nick Jensen among others. Pick up your free copy from the store if you are visiting and they will be included with all mail orders while there are copies available.

The Hopps has landed.

We picked up our shipment of Hopps Skateboard product yesterday. The boards look amazing, with straight rails between the bolts, full nose and tail, clean graphics and on the best wood to come out of North America. We have also got some Wheels, [including a small cruiser wheel] T Shirts, and Plaids. Visit the store to take a look or grab a quick overview here.
