As an incentive we are offering free shipping on any orders with a minimum spend of £50. We have had to set the minimum spend as free shipping isn't actually free and we cannot afford to subsidise postage on a single sticker or magazine.
All goods shown in our online store are in stock and available. If you are able to order them then you can be assured that they will be sent out to you on the next despatch.
To place your order, select the required item[s] and proceed to the checkout. We use Shop Pay and Paypal for payment and thus we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that your billing address is identical to the one on your bank statement [refer to your bank statement if you are unsure].
For the £1.99 2-3 day delivery If the order is placed before 5pm we aim to to get your package out that afternoon and delivered to you within 3 days day if you are not in an ‘outlying’ area. For example, if you order on a Tuesday, delivery should be made by Friday. Larger items will be sent via courier service and you will receive tracking details directed toward your chosen contact number / email. For orders placed in the U.K. but outside the boundaries of our couriers standard service we will send via Royal Mail but as their tariff has got more expensive there may be an additional charge. If you opt for the DHL next day service you will need to place you completed order no later than noon to receive your order on the next working day.
For International orders we offer a premium DHL service though please contact us via email@example.com for accurate postal rates if you prefer a mail service.
If your package is delayed or considered lost it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us within 30 days. Beyond that period we have no recourse to claim or search with the Royal Mail or couriers. If we are not notified within 30 days of the order date we cannot refund or replace missing goods.
For local orders you can opt for click and collect to secure the goods, pick them up and not incur a delivery charge.
We will accept return merchandise within 30 days of receipt when it is in a NEW and UNUSED condition and with all its original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and clothing with supplied packaging and tags intact, Skateboard decks that have been gripped cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
We offer a refund or exchange service so please contact us in advance of returning the item.
We can only accept return packages that arrive with the issued order number, Please include your order number from your online invoice for efficient processing and then don’t forget to give a reason for your return.
If returning items to us please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING from the Post Office and send via recorded mail. This is to give you peace of mind and a proof of postage should your parcel go missing.
