All goods shown in our online store are in stock and available. If you are able to order them then you can be assured that they will be sent out to you on the next despatch.
To place your order, select the required item[s] and proceed to the checkout. We use PaymentSense and Paypal for payment and thus we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that your billing address is identical to the one on your bank statement [refer to your bank statement if you are unsure].
There are three different options for fulfilment on your order.
We can offer Free Delivery using Royal Mail's 48 hour signed for service. Due to restrictions we have to limit this to smaller items so decks and completes cannot use this service.
For next day delivery If the order is placed before 2pm we aim to to get your package out that afternoon and delivered to you for the next working day if you are not in an ‘outlying’ area. For example, if you order on a Thursday, delivery will be made on Friday. The cost of the weekend courier service precludes Saturday deliveries so any order placed on a Friday [pre 2pm] will not arrive until Monday afternoon.
Our next day service courier will send you an email early on the day of delivery and alert you to the time of delivery so ensure you add the correct email address to your order. If you include your phone number on the order you will also receive an alert text message.
For orders placed in the U.K. but not on the mainland, i.e. Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man and the Isle of White we are unable to fulfill next day delivery for £2.50. We will send via Royal Mail but as their tariff has got more expensive there will be an additional charge of £7.50 to any order. Any orders placed on the store without accepting the additional charge will be cancelled and a full refund issued. Please contact us if you have any questions.
International orders will be shipped same day if orders are placed before 11.am with European orders being delivered within 5 working days. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org if you need any further information.
For local orders you can opt for click and collect to secure the goods, pick them up and not incur a delivery charge.
We will accept return merchandise within 7 days of receipt when it is in a NEW and UNUSED condition and with all its original packaging.
We offer a refund or exchange service so please contact us in advance of returning the item.
We can only accept return packages that arrive with our own Return Number. You may request a return number by mailing us at email@example.com. Please include your order number from your online invoice for efficient processing and then don’t forget to give a reason for your return.
If returning items to us please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING from the Post Office and send via recorded mail. This is to give you peace of mind and a proof of postage should your parcel go missing.
