Moving on…

Well, some of you may know already but we are in the process of moving the shop. Ideal is leaving it’s long time home on Corporation street and relocating to the Custard Factory where we will have a new shop plus something a little special.
A blimmin great mini ramp.!
We have getting plans together for a 40 foot wide mini ramp right next door to the new shop unit, and it will be undercover and secure. A place to localise and get your skate on, a place for demos and comps, a place to hook up in town and a place for skaters by skaters.
It’s been a plan of ours for a long time and it’s finally come together, so keep an eye on this page for progress updates on construction. It’s going to be amazing……..

Baghead flats!
The teasers on Mpora have been wetting us up for a little while but finally we get a look at the whole thing. And it’s a killer.
By far the raddest UK DVD for so long this number contains some sick footy of Mike Wright, Doug, Manhead and Ben Grove amongst many others. Only had the one watch so far but looking forward to wearing this one right out. Good job B.P. and the Geggsman…..
We’ll have these in stock tomorrow at £5 so grab one.

“have you seen the anti stoke?”
Been a funny day in store…April showers got everybody sitting/standing/sitting again. With a big weekend in the offing with some brand new plaza fun up in East Yorks. Seems like everyone and their nan is on their way to Skeggy but it appears J.C and Ben Blake have stumbled on something more potent than Ebola. The Anti Stoke. Jason has been thinking of the trip North all day, mumbling to himself and anyone who’ll listen that he’s down, out of here and up for the skate. Then next thing, he’s at the other end of the scale, thinking about nice naps in warm beds and saying the skate can wait. No one wants any regrets though. Being somewhere away from where you really want to be can put you on edge and no one wants that.
Anyways, after a few tins and some hard soul searching, the outcome is………Norton today and a drive North early tomorrow. Sure hope that you made the right decision guys….

new news!

Right then!.
To the left is an artists impression [got Bob to do a quick sketch] of the bowl that is getting dropped into Kings Heath next month. Been trying to get a picture out of Gravity, the company building it, but there were none available as all cash has gone into construction and not fancy 3D renderings. Thus, the picture won’t be entirely accurate but close enough for excitement to build. 5ft to 7ft at the extension, plus there will be some rails round the outside and a flat bank off the back of the extension. Should be skateable by the beginning of June. As we know more, we will update.
Plus there are some new graphics coming out of the A3F factory. Take a look in the store..!
